BACKGROUND
In this investigation we propose the develop of a prototype for people with visual disabilities applying our knowledge in the field of tiphlotechnology through the construction of the FAD (Forearm Device) which allows the person to detect obstacles in the way. Nowadays there are a lot of technologies that helps people to familiarize with the environment but those are limited to screens, tactile systems, or audio. From an experimental perspective we will implement the field of electronic and programming through an Arduino nano that will be key since we are developing program necessary to generate instructions that the device need to be functional as we determined.
