Abstracto
- The article addresses the complex relationship between educational management and didactic planning in the university environment, exploring the challenges and opportunities that arise when trying to integrate these two areas into educational practice. It is highlighted that the coordination between educational administration and teachers represents a significant challenge, especially when aligning institutional objectives with pedagogical practices, which can generate tensions related to academic autonomy and institutional management. In addition, it is emphasized that the effective implementation of didactic planning requires adequate resources, which poses financial and logistical challenges for universities. Despite these challenges, the article also highlights the significant opportunities offered by the integration of educational management and didactic planning. For example, by aligning these areas, universities can promote an institutional culture focused on learning and continuous improvement. Collaboration between academic departments and administrative leaders facilitates curricular innovation and the implementation of innovative pedagogical practices. It uses a qualitative methodology that includes literature review and case analysis. Participants agreed that an effective integration of educational management and didactic planning can contribute significantly to improving the quality of learning and better preparing students for future challenges.
